What does Libro Lovers do?
Libro Lovers is a fulfillment service created with indie authors in mind. We receive your books, special editions, merch, art, bookmarks, stickers, and other approved inventory and we store, pack, and ship orders directly to your readers. We are also fully bilingual: English & Spanish.
Does Libro Lovers print books or art prints?
At the moment, no. We are primarily a storage and fulfillment service. If production services become available in the future, they will be listed separately.
What types of products do you fulfill?
We accept a variety of products: books, signed books, special editions, bookmarks, stickers, and art prints, for example. Got something unusual? Drop us a note!
Do you handle NSFW/explicit material?
Yes, Libro Lovers accepts adult & NSFW materials as long as all depicted individuals are adults aged 18 or older and the material complies with applicable laws, carrier requirements, and platform policies. We do not accept content depicting or involving minors.
What is the Author Portal?
All authors receive access to the Libro Lovers Author Portal, where they can view their products, current inventory information and recorded inventory activity as it is received and fulfilled. Libro Lovers inspects every shipment upon arrival and inventory is deducted when Libro Lovers fulfills the order, rather than when the customer places an order.
What ecommerce platforms are supported?
Libro Lovers currently supports automated integrations with Shopify and Etsy, with additional ecommerce platforms being added as we grow! Use another platform? Let us know which, we use author demand to help determine which integrations are built next.
Do I need an online store to be a Libro Lovers Author?
No, you don’t! We do not have a minimum book/order requirement either. We support all indie authors no matter their size or following! Contact us, we’d love to help!
What if I have my own branded packaging or specifications?
Too easy! Let us know during onboarding what & how you would like them used so we can document the packing instructions and send us your approved branded packaging materials for your orders. Storage and handling fees may apply depending on quantity and complexity.
How does shipping work?
Shipping charges are based on actual carrier cost for each package and may vary based on package weight, dimensions, and destination. If a customer’s order is damaged or lost in transit, we will assist providing available shipment & tracking information so the author can address the issue according to their store's customer service and return policies. Postage is charged separately from Libro Lovers fulfillment and storage fees.
